They should not increase the risk as they will be doing on the Hat Hill site. They should be providing safe refuge areas, clear evacuation routes and upgrading water supplies to ensure water pressure is not compromised during any fire operation. BMCC should be held fully accountable should these areas come under treat and result in property damage of loss of life.
